N37 Guest

The Guest Stateroom of the Great Harbour N37 doubles as a small office. With her berth put away, there is a comfy settee, small desk with a couple of drawers and a hanging locker just right for your occasional guests.

Looking forward, from the Engine Room door, you see the key features of the Guest Stateroom: Settee/Berth to port, Desk with folding top centered on the forward bulkhead, Hanging Locker to starboard. Just to the right of the hanging locker, is the doorway into the galley. The top of the desk folds up, out of the way, when you make the settee into a berth. Note the 3 big drawers under the berth.

Looking from the doorway, you see the Settee/Berth, a bit of the desk and the overhead Locker to the left. This is a delightfully cozy spot to get away to - equally perfect for curling up with a good book or taking an afternoon nap.

Pulled out, the Settee makes into a Double Berth. There is an optional pull-out Upper Berth if you have two kids sharing the Guest Stateroom.

Looking aft and inboard from the settee, you see the Engine Room Door on the aft bulkhead and the door leading to the Galley. Just outside that door are the steps leading up to the Deck House. We sometimes call the guest stateroom the “Engineer’s Cabin” due to it’s close proximity to the helm and to the machinery space.

A closer look at the 4’ high door leading into the Engine Room. Once inside, there is 6’ of headroom (in front of the port motor) and 5’ throughout the remainder of the machinery space.
