N37 Galley

The crew at Mirage Trawlers outdid themselves with the Galley of the Great Harbour N37! She has room to seat 2 at the “Breakfast Bar,” or for a gang to hang out and kibitze with the cook (not always a good thing.)

The perfect spot for an intimate dinner “pour deux” or cocktails for six, the Galley of the Great Harbour N37 is WITHOUT EQUAL! No other trawler in her class has as much counter space, storage space, room for house-hold appliances or such a workable plan.

Looking aft, you see the “Breakfast Bar” and optional side-by-side 22 cubic foot refrigerator/freezer. Just to the right of the refrgerator are the steps up to the Deck House.

Cooking is a pleasure on board the N37 - whether dockside, anchored down the bay, or off-shore (the trick to cooking at sea is to use prepared, individual-sized meals that pop into the optional Microwave/Convection oven. Shown is the optional, 4-burner Radiant Cooktop. A 3-burner range with oven and broiler is standard.

Who says your appetite is less on a boat? In fact, my appetite increases with the smooth motion and sea breezes. That’s why we offer a 22 cubic foot, side-by-side, GE Profile Refrigerator/Freezer with ice and water in the door (shown at left, optional). Standard is a 14 cu.ft. refrigerator/freezer; head and shoulders above those 11 cubic foot, 12 Volt units, you’ll find on the competition!
Either refrigerator is powered by the STANDARD Inverter, that also provides power to virtually ALL the outlets, including the optional Microwave/Convection Oven. You can cook an entire meal, or just popcorn, without starting the generator.

Even when set up for a meal, there’s plenty of “working” counter space remaining for the most demanding of gourmet cooks!

Bon Appetit!
