Cha Rugga Rugga is the name of the newsletter produced by the owners of the Great Harbour 47 East Passage, originally of Jamestown, R.I., now citizens of the watery world. Cha Ruga Ruga is a reference to the sound of sausage grinding, an inside joke that Brooke Williams will be happy to share with you if you buy him a beer. As fast as Brooke produces his newsletters, we will post them here.
